Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
8. Limitation of Liability
AdGenius Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
